Who is Alphaletz for?

Alphaletz is for Portfolio Landlords, Property Managers and Letting Agents who manage single let, HMO/multi-unit and commercial properties, with portfolio’s of typically between 5-200 properties. There is no limit on the number that you can manage in your account.

Do you have a free trial?

Rather than a time limited trial we offer a completely free account with the ability to add 3 properties and connect your bank. You can then scale with as many properties and bank accounts as you like with our premium plans, which include free support and training too!

It’s easy to upgrade at anytime and Alphaletz works in all countries around the world.

How secure is my data?

When it comes to securing your data, we take this extremely seriously.

All data is encrypted in the database using the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). This level of security is used throughout the world to protect sensitive data. Data is continuously backed up.

We cannot see any of the user data. We can see the date an account was created, the account owner’s contact information, and the number of properties or units logged. This information is required for the subscription plans. We do NOT share your data with any third parties.

Lastly, to protect the user front end, we provide an auto time out after 30 minutes. The user will see pop a message to stay logged in, or the system will simply log them out automatically.

If I use an agent, should I still use Alphaletz?

Yes, many of our users have agents to source tenants, then self-manage the on-going business themselves. 

Once the tenant is found, Alphaletz simplifies everything from repairs and rent tracking, through to keeping track of property purchase information, mortgage tracking, compliance, certificates, and financial reporting.

What regions do you support?

Our solution is available worldwide. Users can select a default currency of £ Pounds, € Euros or $ Dollars.
