Our payment plans can be found here. Prices start from just £7 per month plus VAT for up to 10 properties, and will be converted into other currencies if ordered in countries outside of the UK.
The cost is also an allowable property expense. Select the plan based on the number of units or properties that you would like to add.

Absolutely. You can choose to cancel your plan at any time if you’re a paid user.
Upon doing so, you’ll continue to be given access to Alphaletz until the end of your billing period at which point your subscription will not renew.
On our starter plan, you can access Alphaletz for an unlimited period of time for your first property so you can try the product before you buy.
To make sure you’re happy before you purchase a paid plan, we offer complimentary webinars, product demos & other resources available on our YouTube channel.
To cancel your annual subscription, you’ll need to do this via the Alphaletz Dashboard (click this link once you’re logged in.)
Please note it is your responsibility to cancel your plan via your billing screen. Refunds after renewal will be handled on a case by case basis and in some circumstances, we may charge a cancellation cost to cover admin fees.
