Alphaletz was first conceived 2 years before the company was formed in 2019.

We started building a protoype and doing market research to ensure that we could build a product that our users would love.

Our founders and investors are portfolio landlords and software experts, which also gives us a unique advantage.

All data is hosted on AWS (Amazon Web Services) and is backed up constantly throughout the day

Even if the Alphaletz website goes down (which is extremely unlikely) your data is safe and secure.

When it comes to securing your data, we take this extremely seriously.

All data is encrypted in a database on Amazon Web Services (AWS), using the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES).

This level of security is used throughout the world to protect sensitive data which is continuously backed up throughout the day.

We cannot see any of the user data.

We can see the date an account was created, the account owner’s contact information, and the number of properties or units logged.

This information is required for the subscription plans.

We do NOT share your data with any third parties.

Lastly, to protect the user front end, we provide an auto time out after 30 minutes.

The user will see pop a message to stay logged in, or the system will simply log them out automatically.

Many of our users have agents to source tenants, then self-manage the on-going business themselves.

Whether you have an agent or not, you are still repsonsible for all compliance and tax returns.

Alphaletz simplifies everything from repairs and rent tracking, through to keeping track of property purchase information, mortgage tracking, compliance, certificates, and financial reporting.

Our solution is available worldwide.

Users can select a default currency of £ Pounds, € Euros , $ Dollars or R Rand.

Open Banking is not available in every country yet, but is being rolled out globally over time.
